The purpose of this portal area, is so our tenants can conveniently submit a Maintenance Request online 24/7 and schedule a time and day that’s convenient for you.
All appointments are scheduled and blocked off in 4 hour time period, most maintenance jobs do not take that long, so you can expect to be done a little early in most cases.
PAY YOUR RENT WITH ZELLE
Try out our online Pay With Zelle payment gateway, a convenient way to pay your rent without the need to drive and drop off your payment at our office.
Both parties will receive a confirmation of the payment once it’s been made by the tenant. This system is directly connected to your bank and with our site security and SSL your transaction will be 100% safe.
Send a $5 payment your first time to confirm you are sending to the correct account.
Once the $5 amount has been received and confirmed, you can send the remaining balance.
ONLINE TENANT APPLICATION
The Online Tenant Application is an easy way to apply to become a tenant with Tresco Apartments.
Units come and go very quickly, so by applying online we can retain your personal contact information and allows us to easily find good quality tenants for our growing community.
Please only submit one application per person, by filling out duplicate applications only slows down the process, duplicate applications will be rejected.

To Reserve The Common Areas at your location, click on the links provided and follow the easy to follow steps. Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive and email confirmation regarding your event reservation.
